Deadpool arrives in a hail of blood and bullets

I thought about doing a breakdown of the new Deadpool trailer, but really it doesn’t need one. The beautiful thing about character of Deadpool is he is pretty straight forward, he is a mercenary for hire and enjoys the killing.

Here is the Red Band Trailer and it is very NSFW so be careful where you decide to watch.

What do you guys think of the Merch with the Mouth? Did you love the shade thrown at Green Lantern? Are you excited to see Deadpool? Let me know what you think in the comments section.

  1. I have so much emotion about this movie. I was one of those who was excited about the casting of Reynolds as Deadpool in the Wolverine movie, then enraged by the film’s treatment of the character, then hopeful of a stand-alone movie to fix the damage, then saddened by the shelving of that film, then flabbergasted by the awesomeness of the leaked footage last year, then ecstatic over the green light for this movie. See? All the emotions! I cannot wait to see this!!!

    • I am right there with you on all of those feels. I have my fingers crossed that Fox will not screw this one up. Right now they are marginally better about not killing their own comic book movies than Sony. Of course I say this before I go to see Fantastic Four.

      • Hahaha! Indeed! From all indications, FOX listened to the fans and made every effort to give us what we asked for with Deadpool so I’m optimistic. But I’m with you… I’m not sure at all what we can expect from FF. Fingers crossed!

  2. I am really excited ! I really want to watch this movie. Of course I am not totally confident, I did not forget “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”. But the trailer was exactly as I wanted it to be, so I hope that the movie will be amazing !

    • I try very hard to forget the existence X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Fox is actively trying to erase the mistakes it made in the past X-Men movies. Days of Future Past erased X3: The Last Stand, I think Deadpool will try and erase X-Men Origins.
