Captain America: Civil War Trailer 2

That sound you heard this morning, that was the sound of a million nerds crying out in terror and were suddenly silenced…then they ran around squealing with glee. Or was that just me? Captain America: Civil War dropped the final trailer and it hits all the feels. Take a look:

I know there is so much to talk about with this trailer, but really we are all going to focus on Spider-Man. True to the comic, Spider-Man is on Team Iron Man in the beginning. Will he stay there in the end?

The newest costume for Spidey looks really good. Most likely that will be the suit Tony makes for him after Peter Parker joins the team. Love how Tony calls him Underoos.

We also get a look as to why Black Panther is hell bent on bringing Bucky in for the government to deal with. We have seen in other trailers a building being blown up, but this time we see that T’Challa was in the building and most likely lost family or friends in the attack. Many people speculated something similar to that scenario, but it is nice to have some confirmation. Also Black Panther in action looks amazing!

Scarlet Witch looks like she has more control over her powers thanks to Steve and Natasha’s training and she is shown kicking Vision’s ass at one point.

Since 20th Century Fox owns the rights to Planet Zero, Marvel had to come up with a new prison system to house those who break the new Registration Law. The underwater prison we see in the trailer looks like it will be a good substitute.

As excited as I was about all the action, in the end Tony saying “I was wrong about you. The whole world was wrong about you,” just got to me. Tony grew up with his father hero worshiping Steve Rogers and Howard Stark doesn’t love many other people more than himself. Tony probably secretly idolized Steve too. Steve and Tony have become friends over the years and Steve is willing to throw all of that away for someone Tony sees as a traitor. My heart breaks for Tony.

What do you think of the final Captain America: Civil War? Were you left with all of the feels? Do you think Rhodes/War Machine is going to be a casualty? Let me know what you think in the comments section below. Captain America: Civil War hits theaters May 6th.
