New Trailers from the MTV Movie Awards

Last night was the MTV Movie Awards, but do you really care about that. Of course you don’t. The only part about that matters from last night’s show was new footage from Civil War, Suicide Squad, and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them were debuted. Let’s take a look after the jump:

Civil War

The only decent video on YouTube I could find of the new Civil War footage was off of Emergency Awesome. But I like Charlie and his breakdowns so I will let him explain all the amazing to you.

Civil War hits theaters May 6th.

Suicide Squad

More build up as for this unlikely group of villains turned heroes. Lots more of Batman featured in this trailer and I think it is due to how much fans liked Affleck in BVS and to entice more people who are on the fence to go and see this movie. I don’t think Batfleck will have a very large role in Suicide Squad overall.

Starting to enjoy the chemistry between the characters and I’m warming up to Leto’s Joker more. The laugh gets creepier each time I hear it and I’m good with that. “I’m known to be quite vexing. I’m just forewarning you.” Love it!

Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5th.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

The fact that we are getting another trip into the wonderful world of Wizards just makes me so happy and Fantastic Beasts looks amazing. I am really excited to see the ins and outs of the Wizarding world of the United States and know more about the history before Harry Potter came along.

If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, check out Rowling’s quick history breakdown of Wizards in the US and the formation of the government on

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters November 18th.
